Free Emot -The Tenth Doctor-

So, I wanted to make a little of pixel art... It's been so long I wan't sure I was going to be able... so I started with a pretty simple one... I'm not 100% ok with how it looks, I'll try to make more with a little more animation. I'm in the process of changing softwares, so I have to get used to this new one. Hopefully it'd be for the best and I'll be able to make more complex animations.

I wanted to make a Doctor Who fanart since lately have become a total fan of the tenth doctor, I really love David Tennant's peformance, so this is my little homage... I think I'll make more add a few doctors and maybe companions... maybe even mix a little Torchwood
